With more than two decades as a coach, business consultant, and strategist, Stacey Stern helps smart, accomplished people shift from overdoing to empowered alignment. Her work integrates energy awareness, self-realization, and deep collaboration with clients to create lives that they love. Stacey's own life has been a study in transition and reinvention. She's raised millions for social causes, consulted across sectors, hosted a live radio show about passion in work and life, coauthored multiple books, and navigated major life pivots including cancer recovery, divorce, midlife dating and partnership, and empty-nesting or as she prefers, free-birding. These experiences inform her signature approach: deep listening, bold questioning, and showing up fully for her remarkable clients on their unique journeys. Stacey was awed to be with each of her parents as they passed, and honored to help care for them as they aged. Being so present with the end of life heightened her already vast gratitude for life itself and what it means to make the most of this precious, unpredictable gift. She brings this orientation to her clients at all ages and stages of life. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Life Coach, Leadership Coach, Executive Coach, and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). She is a Duke Alumni Career Coach, and the Alumni Lead for Duke's new National Advanced Jobseekers Network (AJN). Stacey also graduated from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and is a committed student of human potential.
