Sandra Cavazos is Vice President, Product Security and Privacy for Comcast, a Fortune 30 telecommunications and media conglomerate with $120 billion in revenue, 182,000 employees, and more than 51 million customer relationships in the U.S. and Europe. She joined Comcast in 2018 and currently leads an innovative global team of over 250 cybersecurity and privacy professionals responsible for application security, cloud security and privacy operations for customer-facing and enterprise-supporting products and services. She holds a B.S. from Duke with a triple major in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering and German and an M.S. from Stanford University in electrical engineering. She is an advisory board member for Duke's Cybersecurity Master's program, co-chairs the Duke Philadelphia regional alumni board and is a proud parent of a recent Duke graduate and a current Duke student.
