Lori Cashman '94 is the founder of Visible Ventures, an early-stage venture firm that backs founders building solutions for overlooked consumers and unmet needs. She earned her A.B. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and currently serves on the Duke Alumni Board. Lori is the most recent past Chair of the Sanford School of Public Policy Board of Visitors. She is also a campaign advocate for financial aid for the Made for This: The Duke Campaign. Lori serves on the board of Noble & Greenough School in Dedham, MA where she is also Chair of the Capital Campaign, and on the boards of several for-profit companies. She and her husband, Gillis, class of 1995, have five children, including two current Duke students (Trinity class of 2027).
