Anne Ford

'84, Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Duke University School of Medicine

Dr. Anne Ford is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Duke University School of Medicine and a North American Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner. A leader in women's health at Duke, she brings more than 30 years of clinical experience with a focus on perimenopausal and menopausal care, general obstetrics and gynecology, women's wellness promotion and preventive health. Her expertise in menopause management positions her as a key contributor to advancing evidence?based, multidisciplinary care for midlife women. Dr. Ford has served as both principal investigator and co?investigator on multiple studies, including registries examining musculoskeletal symptoms of menopause and clinical trials in midlife women's health. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University after earning her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
