A partner in the asset management group at Ropes & Gray, her fund formation practice focuses on open- and closed-end private funds of all types, including private equity, private credit, hedge, infrastructure, real estate, and specialized strategies such as direct lending, distressed debt, and opportunistic funds. Amanda has played a pivotal role in guiding clients through more than $100 billion in private fund raises for prominent global sponsors.
